Where Does Post-Acute and Long-Term Care End? Navigating the Evolving PALTC Landscape

Dear Dr. Diane: I was on a call in which someone mentioned that assisted living isn’t PALTC. I know that you have spoken about the “PALTC Continuum,” but I don’t know what that means. Can you clarify that and answer how assisted living, independent living, and even home care are part of it?
