Caring for the Ages
The calls come to me within a few days of each other. One is from the ex-wife of my wife’s Uncle Buster, a man whom we have not seen nor heard from in 14 years. The other is from the wife of an old friend and former patient of mine, Dr. Joe. For both Uncle Buster and Dr. Joe, the situation is dire.
