Reducing Pressure Injuries in a High-Risk Long-Term Acute Care Hospital

Reduce new Hospital-Acquired Pressure Injuries (HAPI) rate to < 50% of national long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) benchmark by Q2-2021 from spike caused by 2020 pandemic and maintain it for at least 24 months via improvements in our Interdisciplinary Skin Integrity Team Approach.
