Quality Improvement Project to Increase Well-Being for Dementia Residents

The aim of this project was to implement a program to reduce the use of antipsychotic drugs and to decrease the number of avoidable transfers to inpatient psychiatric hospitals (IPHs) while enhancing the care of long-term care (LTC) residents with living with dementia.
