A New Look at Diabetes Through the Revised 2024 Diabetes Clinical Practice Guideline

AMDA - The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care recently changed its name to Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medical Association (PALTmed) to reflect its broadening professional membership and the type of work supported within the organization. Although the Association's well-known Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs) will remain, they are also evolving to better adapt to the way care is provided and how care decisions are made today. First, the guidelines are based on the best evidence we have to date for caring for individuals in the post-acute and long-term care areas.
