Medication Use Around the Diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease: A Commentary on the Study by Liau et al

We read with interest the study by Liau and colleagues,1 which examined medication use around the diagnosis of Alzheimer disease. We would like to draw the authors' and reader's attention to another study that we published in Alzheimer Disease and Associated Disorders Journal in 2022 that evaluated medication use 1 year before and after Alzheimer disease diagnosis, utilizing a matched comparator from the general population.2
