When delivering care that aligns with what matters, it is important to note that approximately 90% of older adults prefer to age in place. It is thus imperative to explore models of care that meet the needs of this population (N. Not only is aging in place a preference, but it has many benefits for older adults, including improved quality of life and greater enjoyment (A.
