Letter to the Editor Regarding: “Predictive Accuracy of the 3-m Backward Walk Test for Fall Risk in Q2 Older Adults”

We read with great interest the article titled “Predictive Accuracy of the 3-m Backward Walk Test for Fall Risk in Q2 Older Adults” published by Kapan et al,1 which examines the use of the 3-m Backward Walk Test (3 MBWT) in the assessment of fall risk in older adults and provides an important reference for clinical practice. However, despite the innovative and practical nature of this study, we believe that there are still some potential problems that deserve further discussion and improvement. The following are some of our comments.
