The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is hosting a webinar on Tuesday, June 12, at 1:00 PM ET to provide information about the Promoting Interoperability (PI) performance category (formerly the Advancing Care Information performance category) of the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS).

During the webinar, CMS subject matter experts will:

  • Provide a brief overview of MIPS requirements in 2018
  • Discuss the renaming of the PI performance category
  • Explain the PI performance category requirements for 2018
  • Review PI scoring
  • Address questions from participants at the end of the webinar, as time allows.
