Caring for people with neurocognitive disorder (NCD) places a heavy burden on caregivers, resulting in significant physical, emotional, and mental health challenges, as well as reduced life expectancy.1 In addition, caregivers did not often engage in sufficient physical activity, exacerbating their health problems.2 Similarly, individuals with NCD are typically inactive, worsening their health and increasing the caregiver's burden.3 To address this, the PACE (Promote the Autonomy through exerCisE) program was co-created.
