Getting to Normal Will Require Better Testing, Vaccination, and Communication

“Normalcy” has become a nostalgic word in recent months, especially as the COVID-19 pandemic rages on with no end in sight. Everyone yearns to return to more predictable times, yet no one knows what the “new normal” will look like or when it will arrive.
