Frailty is a clinical syndrome characterized by increased vulnerability and decreased physiological reserves, leading to heightened risk of falls, disability, hospitalization, and mortality, especially among older adults in long-term care facilities (LTCFs).1–4 Traditional frailty assessment tools such as the Frailty Phenotype, Frailty Index, and FRAIL Scale often demand extensive data collection, specialized equipment, or significant clinician involvement, presenting challenges within LTCF settings.
