Deprescribing interventions significantly reduce the number of nursing home (NH) residents with potentially inappropriate medications by 59%, falls by 24%, and all-cause mortality by 26%.1 However, implementing deprescribing interventions into NH practices can be challenging.2 Several reviews have noted prescriber self-efficacy as the largest barrier.3–5
