Dementia is a global health challenge, and as the world's population ages, the need for effective support for people living with dementia (PLWD) becomes increasingly vital. Although Western approaches to care have significantly advanced, cultural inclusivity is a cornerstone of effective and compassionate dementia care. This article delves into the importance of cultural inclusivity in dementia care, presenting evidence that dispels the notion that cultural inclusivity becomes less relevant for those born to immigrant parents.
