Falls pose serious health risks in older adults,1 necessitating regular physical activity to promote healthy aging and improve physical and cognitive functions.2 Exergames like Dance Dance Revolution and Nintendo Wii offer an immersive, fun alternative to traditional exercise. However, existing commercial exergames may not meet older adults' speed, information, and mobility needs.3 Dancing, a popular health and entertainment activity for older adults, can improve coordination and balance,4 making it a viable alternative to traditional exercise.
