CMS Releases New Guidance on COVID-19 in Nursing Homes

This week the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has issued:

• Guidance for Infection Control and Prevention for Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in nursing homes
• Suspension of Survey Activities
• Guidance for Infection Control and Prevention Concerning Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19): FAQs and Considerations for Patient Triage, Placement and Hospital Discharge
