On July 16, 2019, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services proposed revisions to some Phase 3 requirements scheduled to be implemented on November 28, 2019. The proposed revisions were open for a public comment period until September 16, 2019, and they could change in the final regulation. They will be available online at www.federalregister.gov.
