CMS Issues Fourth Interim Final Rule on COVID-19

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has issued its fourth Interim Final Rule with comment period dealing with the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE). The new rule covers provisions related to vaccine dissemination and payment, price transparency, state waivers, and alternative payment models (APMs).
