CMS to Host Listening Session on Physician Self-Referral

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) invites you to share your perspectives during a listening session on “Modernizing and Clarifying the Physician Self-Referral Regulations Proposed Rule (CMS-1720-P),” which can be found here. The call will be held on Wednesday, November 20, at 4 PM ET. Learn more here.

At the session, CMS staff will open the call and then listen to insights and feedback on the proposed rule provided by the audience. Please note: The purpose of these listening sessions is for CMS to hear what you have to say about the proposals, so the sessions will not include a question and answer period. The audience remarks on the call are not considered formal comments; please see the proposed rule for information on submitting comments by the close of the comment period on December 31, 2019.
