Awards, Grants, and New Leadership for 2025

On behalf of the Foundation for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine, our board of directors, committee volunteers, and many donors, I am pleased to provide a 2024 mission brief. This will be my last quarter as chair of the Foundation, as I pass the gavel to Dr. Cari Levy in March. I know she will do an exceptional job stewarding our mission to its next level of service for the betterment of the PALTC practitioners and the long-term care settings we strive to serve. It has been my great honor to serve as chair and guide the transformational work that continues to take place.
