As the US population ages, dementia prevalence is projected to nearly double by 2060, with the number of adults 65 and older affected by Alzheimer's and related dementia rising from 7 million to nearly 14 million.1 However, the dementia workforce is unprepared to meet this demand, lacking sufficient size and skill.2 To address gaps in dementia detection, diagnosis, and care approaches, it is crucial to equip the workforce with comprehensive training to provide high-quality care.2,3
