Interoperability and Patient Access FAQs

CMS has posted additional Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for the Interoperability and Patient Access Final Rule (CMS-9115-F). These FAQs are based on stakeholder feedback and provide current information about the policies included in the final rule, specifically these additional FAQs are added specific to the payer to payer application programming interface (API) and the public reporting of digital contact information requirements.
