On October 1, the new Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) is replacing Resource Utilization Group, Version IV for the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Prospective Payment System (PPS). The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has resources to help you prepare.
