AMDA’s public policy priorities are prepared and approved by the AMDA Public Policy Committee. The AMDA Board of Directors then reviews and gives final approval. These priorities serve as a guide for AMDA’s government relations work both with Congress and government agencies such as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and do not limit any new policy issues that may arise or changes made at the discretion of the committee or Board of Directors.
