Hotel will make every attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departure, however it is not guaranteed.
Cancellation
Deposits will be refunded for rooms cancelled more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival. Please note that cancellation of any room reservation is your responsibility.

Ground Transportation
Taxis are available at SAT at the outer commercial curbside at Terminal A. Fare is approximately $25 one way.
Ride Share
Meet your Uber/Lyft in the Rideshare Pick-up Area on the outer commercial curbside, lower level in Terminal A.
Shuttle Service

Parking
For guests staying at the hotel, on-site parking is available at $37+tax per day for self-park and $43+tax per day for Valet parking. Garage clearance is 6ft 6 in. Oversized vehicles will be parked offsite. Those not staying at the hotel will be subject to the daily/hourly rate. Please note the Society does not validate parking.
Registration Cancellation
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Registrar and can be emailed to registration@paltc.org, or faxed to 410-740-4572. Cancellations must be received seven (7) days prior to the start of the course for a full refund less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received less than seven (7) days prior to the start of the course will result in the forfeiture of all registration fees. "No Shows" also forfeit all fees. Forfeited registration fees cannot be applied to subsequent AMDA programs.
