AMDA Board and Officers Disclosure of Potential Conflicts of Interest

The Pennsylvania Medical Directors Association recommends that AMDA House of Delegates, after appropriate Committee review, should adopt a policy assuring equitable representation of diverse interests of members within the AMDA Board of Directors, especially with respect to academic and corporate affiliations; and

The Association resolves to direct the President to carry this resolution forward to the 1995 State President's Council meeting.
