Prevention or Overprotection? Deprescribing Aspirin & Clopidogrel in Older Adults

To reduce inappropriate prescribing of aspirin and/or clopidogrel by 15% over 12 weeks at the Long Island State Veterans Home at Stony Brook University (LISVH at SBU), a 350-bed long-term care facility, through chart audits, provider education, and guideline-based protocols.
