Comparing Burnout and Work-Life Satisfaction Among Nurse Practitioner and Physician Members of the Virginia Long-Term Care Clinician Network

Throughout the pandemic, connecting post-acute and long-term care (PALTC) clinicians while understanding COVID-19 management in resource-scarce environments was challenging. In January 2023, to improve communication and timely access to clinical guidelines, we launched the Virginia Long-Term Care Clinician Network (LTC-CN). This virtual peer clinician group provides regular newsletters, a free website, and monthly expert presentations with open discussion.
