ASCP Partners With the John A. Hartford Foundation to Provide Age-Friendly Care for Older Adults

The John A. Hartford Foundation (JAHF) is dedicated to improving the care of older adults. It was established in 1929 by John A. Hartford and his brother George L. Hartford, owners of the nationwide A&P grocery stores.
