Public Health Emergency Extended to April 11

Last week, Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra extended the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE) for another 90 days. The PHE will now remain in place until at least April 11, 2023. HHS continues to note that they will provide a 60-day notice to state when the PHE ends.
