Skin Tear Management: Collaborative Physician-Nurse Education Project

Skin tears are common in older adults and often neglected in physician and nursing education. We wanted to create and implement a common educational program for physicians and nurses on skin tears. Having 2 parallel systems of education programing takes resources and time that could be spent elsewhere.
