Interested in Offering CME, MOC and CMD Credits at Your Next Program?
Consider a Joint Providership Opportunity with AMDA – The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine
AMDA – The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care (PALTC) Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM (CME) for physicians. This means the Society can jointly sponsor CME programs developed by organizations that are not ACCME accredited. We also can provide CMD credits for physicians through the American Board of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine (ABPLM) and MOC points through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
The Society will consider joint providership for activities that provide education relevant to PALTC practitioners. Activities must meet the accreditation requirements of the ACCME and adhere to the definition of CME by the American Medical Association (AMA).
In addition, the requirements of the ABPLM and ABIM MOC points must meet the requirements for AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM.
If you are interested in AMDA’s Joint Providership program, please contact AMDA’s Clinical Affairs and Accreditation at accreditation@paltc.org
For activities that are seeking ABPLM CMD credits and have been accredited for CME from another organization, please contact ABPLM at cmd@paltc.org
