AMDA – The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing education for physicians.

AMDA – The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine designates this other activity (live and on-demand) for a maximum of 8 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

CMD Credit

This live activity has been pre-approved by the American Board of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine (ABPLM) for a total of 8 management hours toward certification as a Certified Medical Director (CMD) in post-acute and long-term care medicine. The CMD program is administered by the ABPLM. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit actually spent on the activity.

ABIM Maintenance of Certification (MOC) 

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 8 medical knowledge MOC points and patient safety credit in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit. 

ABFM Family Medicine Certification (formerly MC-FP) 

This activity may be eligible to help meet ABFM Family Medicine Certification (formerly MC-FP) Requirements.Participants may self-reportAMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TMto meet Certification requirements via the Physician Portfolio on the ABFM website. All CME credits are subject to final approval by the ABFM.

AAFP

The AAFP has reviewed PALTC EDGE21 Virtual Symposium and deemed it acceptable for up to 6.75 Online Only, Live AAFP Prescribed credit. Term of Approval is from 08/27/2021 to 08/27/2021. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

AGS

This CME activity is endorsed by the American Geriatrics Society.  Credits earned from this activity may be counted toward the AGS Geriatrics Recognition Award.

Nursing CE

This nursing continuing professional development activity was approved by the Wisconsin Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

Contact hours will be awarded upon successful completion of the session (attendance of 100% of the session), session evaluation, and overall conference evaluation. Total Contact hours that can be awarded for full attendance are 8.0 - 6.75 (live) and 1.25 (on-demand).  Recorded sessions will cease to be available for viewing on December 31, 2021. All evaluations and credit claims need to be completed by December 31, 2021 to receive credit.

NAB Credit

This program has been approved for Continuing Education for 7.75 total participant hours by NAB/NCERS—Approval #20220826-7.75-A76091-DL.
