Reservations

To make your room reservations call (215) 893-1600 and identify that you are with AMDA - The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine. You can also book online.To guarantee room rate, you must make your reservation no later than October 6, 2017, 5:00pm ET. All reservations must be accompanied by a valid credit card and a first night room deposit. Deposits will be refunded for rooms cancelled more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival. Please note that cancellation of any room reservation is your responsibility. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. The hotel will make every attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures. Cancellation of hotel rooms is the responsibility of the attendee.

Taxis are readily available at the Philadelphia International Airport and the Amtrak station . Fares to from the airport to the DoubleTree Center City are approximately $24 each way; from the Amtrak station approximately $10.

For those parking a car at the hotel, self-parking is $28 per day; valet parking is available for $42 per day. Please note the Society does not validate parking.
