THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that AMDA - The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine will work with American Medical Association and other stakeholders to require the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to adhere to a minimum of 95% accuracy in claims, quality, and attribution data provided within 30 days of claims being filed, failing which the partners in a risk/savings sharing arrangement would not be penalized for the duration of such a breach.
